Shipping

We currently deliver within mainland France only.

Delivery times range from 2 to 5 business days.

Delivery options:

• Pickup point: €4.90
• Home delivery (no signature): €6.20
• Home delivery (with signature): €6.90

The delivery cost will be displayed at checkout.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item.
A €5 return fee will be deducted from your refund.

Returning an item is simple:

• Log in to your Claudie Second Hand account and register your return
• Download and print your pre-filled return label, available in your account under “My orders”
• Pack the item(s) and include the delivery note
• Drop off the parcel at the location indicated on your return label

Items must be returned in the same condition as when purchased: not damaged, stained, washed, altered, or worn (except for trying on). They must include the original packaging and all related accessories, such as tags and labels.

Once we have received and checked your return, your refund will be issued using the same payment method as your original purchase. It may take up to 72 hours to appear on your bank statement.

We do not accept exchanges.
