Our acceptance criteria
Your item must be in perfect condition
It must not show any tears, holes, or stains.
Your item must not have been altered
It must not have been modified and must include all buttons and original components.
We only accept Claudie Pierlot items
Your item must have the brand label as well as the interior care and composition tags.
How to use your voucher
Once your trade-in has been validated by one of our in-store sales associates, you can choose to use your voucher immediately in-store or later, through the channel of your choice.
- Log in to your Claudie Second Hand account and go to the “My credits” section
- Choose to generate your voucher for use on the new collection (online or in-store) or on the second-hand website
- Use your voucher by entering your promo code in your cart during your next order

Where can I find a store near me to trade in my items?
Not all of our stores are eligible for the trade-in service. Please refer to our list of participating stores to find eligible locations. If there is no participating store near you, you can still use the online trade-in service.
Why can I only trade in up to 5 items in-store?
To accommodate as many customers as possible each day while maintaining a smooth in-store experience, we limit in-store trade-ins to a maximum of 5 items per visit.
