This easy to wear black top with a flared fit and three-quarter sleeves is easy to slip on thanks to its scoop neckline. Comfortable but by no means basic, it is slightly cropped at the waist where it has a scalloped edge like a dramatic shell. In contrast, a flat pleated white flounce below the waist twirls with each step, adding movement to the silhouette.
