• Home delivery (no signature): €6.20

Returns process:

• You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your item. Simply download a prepaid return label from your Claudie Second Hand account.
• Once your return has been received and verified, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 72 hours for it to appear on your bank statement.
• We do not offer exchanges.
